At our office in Linköping, we are a small, tight-knit team (salespeople, recruiters, and consulting managers) who work entirely within IT infrastructure with consulting and recruitment. In 2026, our consulting group will grow, and our customer relationships in Östergötland will become even stronger – and that’s why we need you.

What will you do with us?

In short: recruit, build networks, and drive processes from start to finish.

More concretely:

• Search, advertise, and attract attractive IT candidates to us at Eccera
• Recruit quickly for current assignments – and long-term for our candidate pool
• Drive entire recruitment processes for clients (briefly described):
  kick-off meeting → requirement profile → interviews → closure and employment
• You will have a lot of contact with both candidates and clients
• Be involved in everything happening in the team (we work closely and in sync)

When the consulting group grows, there is also an opportunity to take on a consulting manager responsibility in the future, if that is something that attracts you.

Who are you?

We believe that you:

• Have experience in recruitment work, preferably from a consulting or corporate environment
• Are curious about IT and technology and enjoy meeting people who can be very niche in their field
• Have the ability to drive several recruitment processes simultaneously
• Enjoy customer contact and take responsibility for dialogues with both candidates and clients
• Like to work in a smaller team where collaboration, personal drive, and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in recruitment within IT, tech, or related roles
• Familiarity with search and headhunting, preferably with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working in CRM or recruitment systems

You are likely a person who:

• Takes action directly rather than waiting
• Wants to be part of building something – not just maintaining
